“I sought Lucy’s help when I was stuck on our living/ dining area, and she’s been a life saver in making it a more appealing and functional space. She’s made some beautiful cabinetry, furniture and colour suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise (despite hours of Pinterest trawling!) Design Brief: This client’s request was to have somewhere to store (and hide) school bags, books etc. for their three young children. They initially thought this would be a freestanding piece, however the void next to the kitchen formed the perfectly opportunity for custom joinery. The bench seat can also be utilised for additional seating for the dining area and as a sitting nook. The three drawers are substantial in size, and the detail of the handle & upholstered cushion make such a statement, both functionally & aesthetically.
I also worked with these clients to source additional pieces for their lounge area to modernise & bring unity to the space.
